BREATHWORK SPACE

Humanity needs innate and renewable resources for healing and wellness now more than ever, we've become a particularly sick society, it is these kind of innate and renewable resources that I find particularly intrigueing and valuable, perhaps non more than our most vital resource and greatest ally, the body.

I've been learning and teaching about the healing, wellness, and creative power of our innate human anatomy, and how we can resource it, for many years now. (With an emphasis on the circulatory and respiratory systems.)

During my tenure I have been more than a teacher, I've also engaged in consistent facilitation of breathwork experiences for individuals and groups.

In both settings, students commonly request something more attuned to a facilitation training.

After many years of supporting an educated return to our innate power within our bodies, I am ready to teach and lead formal discussion on the ethical boundaries and experiental creation of breathwork facilitation.

Here in the BREATHWORK SPACE masterclass, I will share what I've learned about responsible and ethical breathwork practice creation and facilitation.

We will also cover:

- householding a breathwork practice for another individual or for groups

- using anatomy as metaphorical structure for effective breathwork practices and experiences

- energetic and alchemical attributes of breathwork in a group setting
